Due to the fact that we send you a consumable product(s) that cannot be protected from further alteration after it is shipped by our fulfillment center to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the item you purchased is defective, please contact us at products@NaturesOwnDoctor.com with the product name and a detailed explanation of the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Nature’s Own Doctor will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
